The Wedding (Guest) Dress

Outfit Details:

There comes a special moment in one's life when you fall in irrevocably, head-over-heels, crazy, stupidly in love. You just can't explain the feeling you get. It's like a spark. It's like Disney World fireworks (only better!), and you never understood how you possibly lived without it for so long.

Twirling Through Georgetown

Currently Wearing:
1. STATE Dress, Marc Fisher Heels, Rebecca Minkoff Bag, American Eagle Outfitters Belt

When I was very little, my mom had a purple dress with white polkadots and in true 90's fashion, it also had a fabulous pair of shoulder pads. There was something captivating about that dress. Perhaps it was the beautiful periwinkle color or the polkadots that had me mesmerized, but every time she wore it, I thought she looked absolutely beautiful.

Summer Light

Outfit Details:
BCBGeneration heels (in black here), LOFT top, American Eagle Outfitters shorts, Urban Outfitters sunglasses (currently on sale!), Straw Studios bag

Just like that, summer has come and gone (almost!). While all the layering that fall brings is in our near future, I refuse to put away my go-to denim shorts or my absolute favorite pair of Urban Outfitters sunglasses. There is something about this pair that not only manages to look good with everything I own, but I also feel it frames my face rather nicely. It adds a pop of edge to every outfit. You can see some of the ways I've styled it here and here.

Palm Reader

Outfit Details:

It's been almost a year (yikes, I know!) since my LA trip and I can't believe I haven't shown you all the rest of the photos we took! Of course, you can find the first few set of photos from our trip here and here.

Easy Breezy

Outfit Details:

A wise woman once said, "Men, I may not know, but shoes, shoes I know," (Carrie Bradshaw, duh!). For those who know me, they know that I am a shoe girl. I love nothing more than a pair of good-quality shoes with beautiful design. What better shoe to add to my ever-growing collection than those of Stuart Weitzman.
