AS A CHILD, I WAS ALWAYS THE CREATIVE ONE IN THE FAMILY. I was that one kid in school who always fixed things and created new things. I guess living in an apartment at a young age and not being able to go out to play as often as I wanted was the motivating factor which made me into the creative person I am today. I was never really good in math or science in school and so I dedicated most of my time creating things out of cardboard boxes :) That being said, my creativity has improved from making picture frames out of cardboard and I've transmitted my ingenious skills into a much complex field - jewelry.
This awesome necklace that you guys see is not a necklace at all. Hahaha! Not only am I a blogger, but I'm also an optial illusionist ;) This so called necklace
is was actually a bracelet. Yup. A bracelet. I was at Target a few weeks ago when I spotted a gorgeous necklace with all sorts of things wrapped around it and chains and beads hanging off of it. Stupidly enough, I told myself I would be back later that week to get it. As fate would have it, it was GONE. As I was mumbling to myself and kicking myself in the back for missing my opportunity, my eyes slowly drifted into the matching bracelet. Long story short, I found an awesome ribbon with glitter and just tied it to the ends of the bracelet and voila, an new necklace :)
Hope you guys have a lovely week!
